Entry Level Drupal Positions

Positions available for a entry-level employees or interns for Drupal programing, design and theming.

Compensation based on skill and experience level. Full and Long term employment opportunities exist based on performance and experience.

Programmer entry-level position or intern, some experience with either php/javascript/jQuery required.
Themer entry-level position or intern, some experience with html / css theming for dynamic content management systems required.
Graphic designer entry-level position or intern, some experience designing for dynamic content management systems required.

Background:
We are at that awkward stage of converting the company from a one man shop (hiring contract work for additional resources) to hiring employees and growing the company. We have recently lost some .php developers and design/theme developers who have graduated from freelance to full time employment, and are in need of those resources.

The current backlog provides a situation which allows work on billable projects 100% of the time for the foreseeable future with flexibility to schedule small blocks of time for additional or new work.

I do Drupal site building, consulting, project management, training, maintenance and support, basically a jack of all trades (also known as a hack of all trades). I don't code or do any fancy theming work and I am certainly no designer, we are looking for resources to fill those gaps.
