Twuffer is a Twitter buffer. Say that 5 times fast! Twuffer allows the Twitter user to compose a list of future tweets, and schedule their release. Good for post dated scheduled content.
Hi all, I thought I would pass along some information about the upcoming National Association of Government Webmasters (NAGW) conference. It is being held in September at Pheasant Run Resort and Spa.
This year we've decided to let people register for pre-conference sessions without registering for the rest of the conference. The pre-conference sessions are $75 each and run for a half day. They cover a wide range of topics and I thought a few of them might interest some of you. Below is a list of the session titles:
Isn't this interesting... this appears to be a distribution of both Joomla and Drupal in one CMS... seems to me it would complicate things a bit... I haven't looked into it much but it's an interesting concept and I thought I would share it. I might write more about it once I have a closer look.
Joomla is a popular content management system rising out of turmoil in the Mambo community and an Open Source land grab by the original sponsor. Not to be denied, the Open Source community revolted and forked into Joomla.Chris will show us around the Joomla Project with a hands on site building demonstration and overview. There are lots of community support and resources around Joomla, and many extensions. If we have time we might talk over some differences between Joomla and Drupal and maybe go into something deeper with Drupal as well.
